I recently received my Bachelors in Psychology. I continually had technical issues, and financial aid issues. I had to fight for every dime that was mine. Their website never coincided with my refund, so at the last minute, I would not receive any of my funds to live on. In fact, I would have to fight to receive it before the last day of the term. Sometimes it was even after it ended. When I confirmed the email, all I got was that was incorrect, and I should not have been told that.

For a college that lets you learn at your own pace online, it is by far one of the best when it comes to providing good education. High acceptance rates are a bit worrisome. I was 90 percent through the program with a 3. I had a mentor that was horrible. She did everything to get me out of the program. I tried everything to stay in school. I was thrown out of the school basically for running out of financial aid and a mentor who berated me and did everything to stop me from finishing my degree. Please do not go to this school. This school does not care about anyone. This school does not care about its students. They milked my money dry.

I had several mentors which slowed down the dissertation process costing me several thousands of dollars, you are expected to write on a certain level and there is not much preparation.

Last year I was activity by military orders and had to put my FlexPath course on military hold. Then when I restarted my program while deployed and finished it no one noticed or contacted me that my master promissory note was out of date. My financial aid got kicked back and no one contacted me. I've been in the military 16 years and use student loan repayment. I've deployed 3 times. If you call, they will never answer no matter what department you call. Academic coaches are never there and can take up to 4 week to response sometimes more , even if it's urgent.
